4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1 Photo Storage

Your uploaded photos are stored on AWS servers located in the United States. We retain your photos for up to 12 months from the date of upload, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us at hello@onreplay.ai.

4.2 Generated Films

Films generated from your photos are stored on AWS servers and are accessible via a shareable URL. Anyone with access to this URL can view your film. We retain generated films for the same period as your photos (up to 12 months) unless you request earlier deletion.

4.3 Local Storage

Your animation settings and preferences are stored locally in your browser. We do not create user accounts, and this information is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Your Rights and Ownership

You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading photos to our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your photos solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your animated films. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and you maintain all copyright and intellectual property rights.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your photos and films at any time
• Object to processing of your personal data

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
